Rules for Art Submission:
All entries must have been completed in the past two years and must not have shown in any previous Festival juried exhibition.
For 2012, each person is allowed up to Six Entries - Jury Approval not required and No entry fee. A 15% sales fee will apply for any art purchased during the show dates.
We ask participating artists to keep the price of their artwork close to $50 or less to ensure more visitor and buyer participation for this years 1st show.
An identification label must be attached to the back, upper right- hand corner of each two-dimensional work, and on the bottom or back of three-dimensional works.
All entries must be hand delivered (NO MAIL or UPS, etc.) and will be accepted only on the dates and times listed and only at the site specified. All work on paper or those that are matted or mounted must be framed and wired for hanging.
Sawtooth hangers, clip frames or exposed glass edges ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Art size requirements: 10" x 10" (or smaller) - no deviations.
No works can be hung from the ceiling. No electrical outlets are available.
No accompanying literature will be allowed - unless approved by committee.
IMPORTANT: Works which cannot be safely handled by volunteers at any time will not be accepted. Works may be rejected based on suitability and/or ease of display. The decision of the River Valley Celebration of Small Arworks Committee on these issues is final.

Artists are responsible for pick up of any artwork not sold during the expo. by September 10th, 2012 or will become property of the expo. Pick up location is the same as the drop off location.
